SHIPPING CHARGES
The following charges are all inclusive of shipping, 1lb weight, handling and basic insurance that is provided by the related shipping and handling agencies/companies. These rates will apply only to the orders shipped within the United States of America. For information on International shipping, please read our International Shipping Section below.

Please note: All the orders received are shipped between 24-72 hours of ordering unless there are billing or any other queries. We ship all orders- Monday through Friday (excluding National holidays) to the corresponding addresses in the United States. As per FedEx and UPS policy, we are unable to deliver shipments to P.O.Box addresses, that is, if you choose to receive the shipment from our office via FedEx or UPS.
To Return An Item
Exchange/Return Instructions:
If you received the wrong product or a damaged/defective item, you can return the item and receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise under our return policy.
1. Notify our Customer Care department within 5 days of delivery and provide us with the information listed below:
-Quantity you are returning.
-Reason for return (wrong item, damaged, or defective item)
-If damaged or defective, describe it as well as list any missing items. We will contact you by e-mail and notify you of the status of your return. You will be also given a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
2. Include the shipping invoice and the RMA number with the item you are returning. If you prefer replacement, please put a note inside your return and we will ship you the replacement. If you are asking for a refund, your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days after we receive your return. You will be notified via e-mail when your return has been received by us and when your refund has been processed. Repack the product in a way that does not cause the merchandise any damage. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address we provide you with.
Return Policy

We understand that sometimes, especially for diamonds and jewelry, there are not only emotions and sentiments involved regarding an item you will have for years to come, but also that a significant investment is involved in making this purchase. We understand that you may want to take your own time to decide after you actually touch and feel the product; so that's why we have such a flexible shipping policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price- minus the shipping, handling, and insurance costs, within 10 days from the date of purchase using our Exchange/Return Instructions. International customers have 20 days to return an item.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags, if any, and with all paperwork to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches or marks on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, recut or altered in any way. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or replacement. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited using the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
International Shipping
All international orders shipped by US Postal Services may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. For orders above US$200.00 shipped by US Postal Services, we have very limited access to track or file a claim in the event it is lost in transit. We strongly recommend that orders above US$200.00 be shipped by FedEx for faster and more secure services (Please be aware that the price to ship internationally is subject to change depending on where the item(s) will be shipped to.
